How long does a full house renovation take?

This depends on the scope. A single-room renovation can take one to two weeks, while a full property renovation typically takes between eight and twenty weeks. We give you a realistic programme at quotation stage.

Do I need to move out during the renovation?

For partial renovations most clients stay in the property. For full refurbishments or major structural work, moving out is usually recommended. We advise on this on a project-by-project basis.

Do you manage the whole project?

Yes. We self-deliver all joinery, carpentry and building work, and manage subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and plastering as part of a full project management service.
